Chef Arik Alfi

Chef Arik Alfi has been a lifelong lover of food and cooking since he was 5 years young. His passion for the culinary arts drove him to study at the highly acclaimed Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, where he completed his degree in Culinary Arts with high distinction in 2012. His experience spans from staging at NYC's then 3-Michelin Starred 'Restaurant Jean-Georges," to working at Wolfgang Puck's Flagship restaurant, 'Spago Beverly Hills.' Chef Alfi's wide-ranging love of cooking spans many cuisines, however his interests at this time are rooted in the art of Sushi, French Cuisine, and Homemade Pasta.
